Hi,
I want to add a key on my visio diagram to show what each box represents. I.E a process or sub-process etc.
How would I go about doing this?

Hi David,
Thank you for your question.
The first step would be to drag the legend shape from the Brainstorming Stencil. Now drag the appropriate shape onto the legend and say yes to the conversion process. It will then track that shape and display how many of those master shapes are in the diagram.
