Ord charts

When using the connector to form lines on an org chart where the boxes have been dragged & dropped why do you sometimes get a connector line disappear above or below where you're trying to add a new one?

Am I too late to qualify for the free 12 month use of the forum?

Regards

Debbie

RE: Ord charts

Hi Debbie

When placing org chart shapes, sometimes the lines dont go where you want them to. What I suggest is re-organising the layout, so that it looks better.

You can do this by selecting the contolling shape (ie, select the manager to organise all shapes connected below it), and then use the OrgChart toolbar to choose the layout you want.

Let me know if this works.

Richard
