Refresh on adding progress lines etc
RE: Microsoft Project
Hello Steve,
Thank you for your question. Showing progress lines is another way of showing the status of tasks. Before showing Progress lines, you need to mark completed tasks as being on track. This tool is found in the Home tab.
To show progress lines, click Format, then click Gridlines. In the drop-down, select Progress Lines. A dialogue box will open where you can set up your progress lines.
One of the best ways to show progress lines is on current date. Completed tasks will have right-pointing kinks in the progress line, while incomplete tasks will have left-pointing kinks. Future tasks will leave the progress line straight.
Another way to show progress lines is to insert them at intervals. Popular settings here are either on a weekly or a monthly basis. This gives a more detailed report.
To remove progress lines, simply un-tick the box of your current progress line.
I hope this helps. If you need more details, please don't hesitate to post again.
Kind regards
Marius Barnard
