Organisation charts
Is there a way I can change my org chart in MS Powerpoint 2007 and have these changes incorporated in the 2003-2007 version without constantly saving copies of the updated powerpoint file back to the 2003-7 version?
RE: Organisation charts
Hi Diane
Thank you for your question.
The best way to do this without using the Save As command is to save the organisation chart as a picture.
Right click the outside border of the org chart, select 'Save As Picture' from the menu.
In PowerPoint 2003 you can now insert the org chart as a picture.
I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.
