Resourcing #2

When assigning resources to a project or task, how can I show the resource name on the Gantt chart? Can I then filter by resource name so only the projects/tasks assigned to that person are populated?

RE: Resourcing #2

Hi Bradley

Thank you for your question

Resource names should appear on the Gannt chart as standard. If not you can add them by clicking on Format-Bar styles, selecting the text tab and adding resource names at the appropriate point.

Filtering is indeed possible. You can click on the autofilter button on the toolbar and select the resources you wish to see in the filter drop down list above the resources column in the gantt chart table

Again, this is covered on our project intro/intermediate course

Regards

Stephen
