Resource pool

how do i populate the resource pool with resources taken from existing projects?

RE: resource pool

Hi Claire

Thank you for your question. You should find that when you connect a plan to a resource pool for the first time any resources the plan contains are added to the pool. From this point forward however (if the Pool is set to take precedence in the sharing relationship) any future resources created in the sharer project will be discarded when it is closed. To create new resources for this plan they must be created in the Pool first.

I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew
