Printing

Is it possible to set a workbook up to automatically print selected worksheets, or do you have to print them one by one?

RE: Printing

Hi Tessa

If you want to print out a selection of worksheets in a workbook you do the following:

1. Holding down the Control (Ctrl) button click the worksheets to be printed
2. Select the File menu and click Print
3. On the Print dialog box in the Print what section ensure that Active Sheet(s) is selected.

This will print all the selected sheets.

If you want to automate this action so that you print the same sheets every time you want then you should record the above steps in a macro. To do this:

1. Select Tools menu then click Macro
2. Click Record New Macro
3. Give the macro a relevant name like

Excel tip:

Seeing named ranges as part of the zoom

If you have large areas of named ranges this works better.

If you zoom down to 39% you will see your named range.
