Hi Holly
Thank you for your question - there are several ways of linking tasks but one method that is very robust is to split the screen (Window > Split) then click on what will be your Successor task. In the lower right side of the split click into the name column and you will see a list of possible Predecessors for the task. Choose one and click on OK to link them together.
