How do I baseline a project?
Once I have created a plan how do I baseline it to measure progress throughout the life of the project?
Thanks.
RE: How do I baseline a project?
Hi Michael
From the Tools menu go to Tracking then choose save baseline. Project can then show you your original plan and your current progress simultaneously in the Tracking Gantt view.
Hope this helps - thanks for your question. Let us know if you need any further information.
Kind regards,
Andrew
