Org Charts

Is PowerPoint the best way to create Org Charts?

RE: Org Charts

Hi Priti

Thank you for your question.

Powerpoint is quite good at creating org charts. If your org charts are large and complex then it perhaps worth looking at Visio which is a more powerful graphics package from Microsoft.

PowerPoint tip:

Removing unused toolbar buttons in PowerPoint

Are there buttons on your PowerPoint toolbars that you never use? Remove them from the toolbar by doing the following:

1. Go to Tools - Customise - Commands.
2. Select the toolbar button you wish to remove, then use your mouse to drag and drop the button into the PowerPoint window. When you release your finger from the mouse, the button will disappear.
