Resource Allocation
I will work 100% on the project until a certain milestone and then will work only 50%. How can I make that automatic in Project?
RE: Resource Allocation
Hello Sarah,
Thanks for your question.
This is possible but you would need to write a fair amount of VBA code and it would be pretty difficult. The effort is probably not worth the result and your best bet would be simply change your availability at the scheduled time for the milestone, and then attach a note reminding you to cahnge it if the milestone date changed.

Stephen

MS Project tip:Entering DaysTo type in a day of the week, or its three letter abbreviation, in a Date field type "Monday" or "Mon", and Project will show the date for the next Monday after the current date. |
