Can I add a header in the Master Slide or only a footer?

RE: Sec/PA

Hi Mabel ,

In answer to your question no and yes in a fashion. There is no direct option to add a header to the actual slide when you are in Master slide view and go to view Header and footer, Slide tab (the header option is only available in the Notes & Handout Tab). When you explore this dialog box you will see the check boxes for the Date, Side number, Footer. However if you choose to use one of these fields as a header all you need to do is make sure it is checked, then move it, by dragging it to where you want your header to appear. That should get you out of trouble.

Regards
