Resource pool
I am using a resouce pool for a number of different projects. Some of the names in the resource pool are now red, indicating that there are clashes in the calendar for the use of these resource people.
Is there a way of using the software to identify these clash points please?

Use the Resource Usage view to identify what days and by how many hours the names are over allocated.

RE: Resource pool
Thanks for this. I have now used the resource usage view, and have been able to see the places where there are several tasks for different projects allocated on the same day to the same person! I have created a new column in the resource usage view, to identify the names of the projects, as I have a number of projects running in parallel, with similar tasks, and I needed to identify which was which. However, I have now found that some of the discrepancy of allocation is because some projects appear twice on the list in resource usage, although I have only one document for each project. Can you please let me know how I can handle this? Many thanks
Jenny
