Hi Jenny,
To apply the new AutoFormat style to cells in your spreadsheet, simply select the desired cells. Click the Home tab on the ribbon. Click on the Cell Styles option on the ribbon to open the Cell Styles gallery. Then on the new style name at the top of the gallery. The style's formatting is immediately applied to the selected cells.
