Onenote

Hi I'm trying to use what was shown to me as part of my training. Using OneNote to be able to read text online and convert it from a PDF document into typed text onto one Note. I've followed the steps and double checked with online guidance but it doesn't seem to be working for me. I've taken some print screens to show what I've done which I can email to the trainer. My email is kmoulds@rmg.co.uk

RE: Onenote

Hi Katherine,

Thank you for your question to the forum.

Here is the solution:

1. In OneNote, go to INSERT > FILE PRINTOUT

2. Browse to the PDF document to edit

3. Once imported, right click and select COPY TEXT FROM ALL THE PAGES OF THE PRINTOUT

4. Create a new page and select PASTE from the ribbon (or right click paste)

I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if it does

Kind regards
Martin Sutherland
