If you are referring to Word style markups, probably not.
You could use comments, which would involve manually inserting them as you go.

alternatively if it is numerical data you are comparing, you could make a thrid sheet that tracks the difference between the two sheets, and provides you with a result. You would need to know about formulas across multiple sheets.
