Customer Services - secrets of WOW
In this context, is WOW an acronym?
RE: Customer Services - secrets of WOW
Hi Gail that is a GREAT question. I hadn't thought of it as an acronym but others have. I found this article that struck me as relevant and it does have an acronym for WOW.

Along related lines Tom Peters introduced the concept of the WOW project - turning even the most mundane of tasks into something great. I think this also has a place in the context of working with internal customers.
It's from a while back so some of the links are broken.

The tompeters.com website is worth checking out for inspiration too!
Hope this helps and keep the questions coming.
