Resource Overallocation for specific period

I was wondering if there is a way of having an easy to view report that shows a resource overallocated for a specific period of time and the tasks that are making the resource overallocated

RE: Resource Overallocation for specific period

Hello Tom,

Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Project Intermediate course with Best STL.

Thank you for your question regarding viewing overallocated resources for a specific period.

You can use the Resource Usage view for this. Open this view and scroll to the resource (which should be in red) and select any task assigned to that resource and then click the Scroll to Task button (CTRL+Shift+F5) bringing the time data into view.

You can also create two filters, one for the specific resource and the other for the required date parameters.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
Regards,
