Adding custom number to resource usage with predefined text

In the resource uage, the list of project names comes under the resource name to show the projects each resource is working on. Each of my projects has a reference number so I added a number column but its there a way conditionally format as you would in excel to create a rule which means that if there is a specific project name, the reference number is automatically populated so i dont have to manually input it for each?
Thanks, Emma

RE: Adding custom number to resource usage with predefined text

Hi Emma,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

You could possibly create your own WBS code and add the column after. Then I am assuming each project name will be level one and the tasks level 2. Then you can create your own WBS code for each level.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon
