Thanks for getting in touch. Linking a workbook is a matter of creating a formula that references another workbook.
For example, if you are looking to add two values that are in workbook and show the result in another, start by having both workbooks open. In the destination cell press =, then navigate to your other workbook and click the cell that contains the data you want. Press + and click the other cell, then press Enter. The result should be shown in the present workbook.
To review any links in a workbook, go to the Data tab and click Edit Links.
