Copying Tables from Excel into Powerpoint as a picture
When I copy a table from Excel into Powerpoint and paste it in Powerpoint as Paste Special Picture (Enhanced Metafile) it sometimes cuts off some of the columns on the Powerpoint slide. I have tried making the table smaller in Excel but this still doesn't seem to help.
RE: Copying Tables from Excel into Powerpoint as a picture
Hi Priya,
I was not able to reproduce the problems you speak of.
As an alternative to pasting the Excel table into Powerpont, I would suggest embedding the Excel table as a Hyperlink in Powerpoint. This way the issue of table size does not become a concern
Hyperlinks in Powerpoint are created by first adding a Text box with the text you wish to display. Placing your cursor in the text box; from the Insert menu option, select Hyperlink and link to that Excel workbook.
This way when running the slide show the Table can be opened via the hyperlink.
Hope this helps
Regards
