Count if the numbers are duplicates

Hi Sue,
Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
The easiest way of doing it is to copy the figures into a range and then use the Remove Duplicates button on the Data Tab. This will remove the duplications and keep the unique values.
Underneath the new list use the count function to count the number of cells containing values.
