VBA to edit existing pivot tables
Hi
I have a large workbook with 1 input worksheet and 30 following worksheets each containing a pivot table which references the input sheet.
15 of the pivot tables are in exactly the same position (starting column B, row 36) and the other 15 are in the same position (starting column B, row 297). These two forms of pivot table are positioned alternately.
I require a macro to carry out the following actions, in the following sequence:
1) Insert a row above each of the pivot tables
2) Add a field into the Report Filter
3) Select a value on the new field added to the Report Filter
This is an urgent problem for me and I look forward to your response.
Thanks
Alastair

Hi Alastair
Thanks for your post. We have reviewed this and we confident we can find a solution for you but as it requires development time from a trainer it is beyond the scope of this forum.
You can email me your working files or examples and then we can let you know how much development time will be required and associated costs.
Regards
Jacob
