Organisational Chart Styles
Hi there,
I have been sent a powerpoint presentation of organisational charts which is the older version of Powerpoint. I have been asked to convert all the powerpoints to the same format however I have Powerpoint 2007 on my computer and am unable to find the same style used the org charts I have been sent, any idea how I can get them all to be the same style? Is there a way of highlighting all the org charts on each slide and changing them to all be the same style?
Thanks,
Heather
RE: Organisational Chart Styles
Hello Heather,
This is a tricky one because Office 2007 uses different software (SmartArt) to create its Organisation Charts, which allows more sophisticated formatting.
Even if you convert the old file to 2007, the chart is treated as a drawing and the only styles / formats avalable to you will be shown on the Drawing Contectual tab when you select the chart.
Kind regards,
Ruth
