Thank you for your question.

In order to show the milestones only on the Gantt chart you can use filtering.

Navigate to the Project menu and select filtered for. Choose Milestones from the list of filters. The Gantt bars will then be hidden and the Milestone tasks will remain.

To remove the filter go to Project, Filtered for, and then All Tasks.
