Does Access allow auto update of info while more than 1 user is working on the DB? Thanks

Thanks for your question.
It is indeed possible. To do this you split the database into two parts. A back end which contains just the tables, and a front end which contain forms, queries, reports etc. You then make multiple copies of the front end, one for each user and use the link table tool to create links to the back end.
There is a wizard to do this, and it is covered on our advanced course.
This method allows simultaneous access for up to 20 users at any 1 time
