Can I sort a document for another user but for me to work on the orignal and update both at the same time?

Hi Tracey, thanks for your query. This is possible but it involves creating a second file for the other user to work on, which is linked back to yours. If you copy the data then using the drop down beneath Paste in a new file, Paste As Link, the result will be two dynamically connected files, which your user can sort while you update.
