Working time.
For some reason my plan thinks Sunday is a working day and I don't know how to swich it off. I have checked the calendar and it says it is a non working day. But when I place a task on the plan the resource is working through Sunday!
RE: Working time.
Hi Shonna,
Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
There may be three reasons to why this is happening:
1. When a task is 6 days and starts on Thursday, the task would finish on the Thursday of the next week. The Gantt bar will stretch across the non working time (Sat and Sun).
2. Check Tools and Change Working Time. See if there are any exceptions that make the Sunday a working day.
3. Go to the Resource sheet and double click on the resource you assigned the task to. Click on the Change Working Time button and check whether there are any exceptions to the rule.
I hope this helps.
Regards
Simon
