How do you import muliple projects on a single master project and still can still use all resources for any task?
RE: MS Project
Hi Chris,
Thank you for your question.
Open up a new Project and click into the first available task name field. Go to the Project tab and click on the first button on the ribbon which is SubProject. Choose the first project and it adds it on task ID 1. Move to the task ID 2 and keep repeating the procedure until all the projects are in.
By default the individual projects will be automatically linked to the master project.
If you have the resources ready then you can start assigning them to all the tasks in the master project.
I hope this answers your question.
Regards
Simon
