MS Projects Printing
Can you please tell me if it is possible to print your project to not show non-working time.
RE: MS Projects Printing
Hi Michael
You can turn off the display of non working time by going to format > timescale > non-working time and choosing "Do not draw" as the draw setting.
You might want to create a view just for printing that has non-working time hidden so that you can easily switch back to a regular view (such as Gantt chart).
Let me know if you need any further information or help.
Kind regards,
Andrew

MS Project tip:Formatting Bar TextTo display notes or resource initials on the Gantt chart bars, choose Format, Bar Styles and the Text tab. Select the position you want to show the text i.e. Top or Inside etc, then choose the field name you are looking for from the drop down arrow. Type the first letter of the name to get quickly to the top of the letter range. Click OK. |
