I have been asked to devise a chart - please see below, but I am having trouble putting it together. All I need is a graph showing % of calls answered live and date. Please see what I have done so far:
If you average the figures over 2 weeks it will halve the dates so you will be able to fit them in.
I would like the 80% KPI line in as well please

Not sure how I can fit all the dates in at the bottom, as it is showing as week number. Will this be OK?
