Creating project using end date
How do I create a project using the end date? Would I need to put task in backwards? i.e end task first and then first task last
RE: creating project using end date
Hi Sharon,
Thank you for your question.
Before you create the tasks go to the Project menu and choose Project information. Choose to schedule the project from the Finish date and then select the anticipated Finish Date.
Type the tasks in the order they need to be done and then link all of them. When scheduling a project from the finish date, Project uses the As Late As Possible constraint so it will generate the Start date for you.
I hope this answers your question.
Regards
Simon
