Charts

How do I know which is the best chart to use for my data. Will it suggest any?

RE: Charts

Hi Julie

Thank you for your question. While Excel 2007 doesn't suggest your chart type here is a comprehensive list that might be a good starting point for choosing how to visualise your data

Once you have inserted your chart look for special Chart tab on the ribbon. The Design section lets you change the appearance and type of chart being used.

I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew
