how do you move headers and footers of a page rather than top and bottom

Hi Felice
Thank you for your question. You can always access headers and footers for the workbook by going to File > Page setup and choosing Header/Footer
If you want to have rows of your workbook repeat at the top of each page go to the Sheet tab in the Page setup dialogue box then click in the box beside Rows to repeat at top then highlight the Rows in your sheet that should repeat then click OK.
