Hi Gareth,
Thank you for your question.
When you create a task, in the task information box you can set a priority level of between 1 and 1000.
When you assign resources to a task, sometimes you will assign a resource to two jobs on the same day. Project will mark that resource as overallocated.
If Resource Levelling is used to resolve the overallocation, the lower the number, the more likely the task will be delayed to resolve the problem.

MS Project tip:Link tasks using predecessor column - projecta. First, note ID number of the task you want to link to (predecessor). Then, in the predecessor column of the task you want to link to (successor), type the predecessor task's ID number. |
