Test question: when you open a complicated database in access, what is the best way to quickly review the database architecture?
RE: Queries
Dear Vishal
Thank you for attending Access Intermediate course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.
If I remember correctly you asked me this question after the training.
In a query you can see the design view and if you have knowledge and experience of that specific type of query then it is that much easier to modify or understand the result that it derives.
Query also has a sql view which a user having sufficient knowledge can interpret or modify accordingly.
I hope this has answered your query.
If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!
Kindest Regards
