Thank you for your question.

If you are referring to using the Cut button, it is located near the left hand side of the Home ribbon, in the Clipboard group (along with the Copy and Paste buttons).

Otherwise you can use the shortcut keys Ctrl+X to cut (and Ctrl+V to paste).

Adding a comment to a formula

1. At the end of the formula, add a + (plus) sign.
2. Type the letter N, and in parentheses, type your comment in quotation marks.

eg.

=CurrentAssets / CurrentLiabilities+ N("The formula returns Current Ratio")
