Inserting page
Like Excel, is there a way of copying a page (with a drawing on it) so I can make a basic template and alter from there?
RE: Inserting page
Hi Dianne,
Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately you cannot copy a page, however you can copy a drawing and paste it onto a new page by using either method below:
Edit menu - Copy Drawing then Insert - New Page then Paste
Or
Select the the entire drawing (if grouped clicking on it or ctrl A) and copying and paste.
You can also actually save drawing templates which is the same as Word or Excel. This is covered on the advanced Visio course.
Thanks and kind regards
Maggie
