Where do I go to create a new signiture?
RE: Signiture
Hello Christine,
Thanks for your question and welcome to the forum.
If you are in your inbox, go to the Tools menu and select Options. Once inside the Options Dialouge box select the Mail Format tab and then the Signitures button. Then select the New button, Name your signiture and Next. Once you have entered and formatted your signiture then select ok.
Thanks and Kind regards
Maggie

Thank you for your question
1. In Microsoft Word, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the General tab.
2.Click E-mail Options, and then click the E-mail Signature tab.
In the Type the title of your e-mail signature or choose from the list box, type a name for your signature.
3.Under Create your e-mail signature, insert the text or pictures, or both, that you want to use for a signature. Use the formatting tools to apply formatting to your text.
4.Click Add.
If this resolves your question, please mark it as resolved. If not, please reply with more information.
Kind regards
