HOW DO YOU CREATE A NEW STYLE WITHIIN A TEXT E.G IF I WANT TO CHANGE VICE FROM VICE PRESIDENT. THANK YOU

It appears you are asking about styles but also about autotext. Do you mean how do you have the word Vice change into Vice President by hitting enter?
