Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
If you select the data you'd like to copy from Excel into Word, copy it, then place your cursor in the Word document at the position where you'd like to paste the data; and paste.
Once you have pasted there should be a little Paste Options icon that appears next to the data. If you click this icon it will give you options on how you would like the data pasted.
