when yiu use filters can you get forward the screen for others to input and build in information

RE: Filters

Hi Vivienne

Thank you for your question.

After applying filters you have a couple of choices for sharing the resulting view with colleagues.

If you save and forward the file the filter will still be applied if someone else opens the document.

Alternatively you can do a screen grab by going to Edit > Copy Screen and clicking OK. You can now switch to a destination application (e.g. Word or PowerPoint) and choose paste to drop a picture of the plan into your document.

Lastly you may decide to print the filtered view to PDF and forward the resulting pdf file to your recipients.

I hope this helps - let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew
