How do I intepret the "critical path"?

RE: Project

Hi Mark

Thank you for your question. You can quickly see the critical path by looking at the Tracking Gantt view. Tasks coloured red are considered critical by the software. Critical tasks are those that are controlling the end date of the project and have no slack or float around them. This means that if something changes in the duration of a red task then the end date of the project will also change (positively or negatively).

Kind regards,
Andrew
