Broken Links

How do you deal with this

RE: Broken Links

Hello Mark

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

You can fix a link if you know what has caused it to break - e.g. the source file has been renamed, or moved to a different location.

If you go to the Data ribbon and click the Edit Links button, then use Change Source to navigate to and select the file you wish to re-establish the link with, this will fix the broken link.

Kind regards
Amanda

Excel tip:

Apply currency format quickly in Excel

To quickly apply the currency format to cell in your spreadsheet, select (highlight) the cells you wish to apply currency format to, then use Ctrl + Shift + $

This will apply a pounds symbol even though the $ key is pressed.
