Converting notes pages into PDF

Hi,

I'm trying to convert a presentation into a PDF using the notes pages.

What I've been doing is going to print preview and selecting the notes pages in print what and then hitting the convert PDF button. However I'm only getting the presentation PDF'd and not the notes.

Can you please tell me if I'm going about this in the worng manner?

The same procedure is working when I'm converting a smaller presentation into PDF it is giving me the notes!!

Thanks

RE: Converting notes pages into PDF

Hi Alev,
Thank you for the question
In response if you are following these steps then I can see no reason why you are not able to save the notes as a .pdf

1. Click File->Export as PDF
2. When you click "Save", you will be shown a "PDF Options" dialog
3. In the "General" section under the heading "General" check the box saying "Export Notes"

I hope that helps ..... Pete

RE: Converting notes pages into PDF

Hi,Alev.
Have you worked it out? As for me, I have never tried to convert notes pages into PDF. And I have another question for you. I wonder have you ever tried to convert PDF to Tiff files before? I am testing the related PDF to multi-Tiff converting programs these days. Do you have experience about it? Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Arron

PowerPoint tip:

Controlling alignment and spacing between shapes in PowerPoint

Instead of trying to align shapes exactly or space shapes an even distance apart from each other by dragging them manually on the screen, use features from the Drawing toolbar to align or space shapes perfectly.

Both the Align and the Distribute features can be found by clicking the 'Draw' button on the Drawing toolbar.

The Align feature allows you to align shapes along the top, bottom, left, right or middle edges or positions.

The Distribute feature will automatically adjust the position of shapes to create an even amount of space between them, either vertically or horizontally.

Before using either of these features, you need to select the shapes you wish to align or distribute on your slide. This can be done by clicking on one shape, holding down the Shift key and continuing to hold Shift down while you click the other shapes you want to select.
