Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
Hopefully you received an email from us in response to you filling in the feedback form at the end of Friday's course.
The email will contain links to allow you to download courseware. Within the download, there will be a reference manual which contains step-by-step instructions on how to create a pivot table.
