How to create Macro?
RE: Macro
1. Click Tools - Macro - Record New Macro. The Record New Macro dialog box will be displayed.
2. Enter a name for the macro. The macro name should not contain spaces, cannot begin with a number and should contain no more than 255 characters.
3. If you want a keyboard shortcut, click the Shortcut key: box, and enter the key you want to use to play back the macro later.
4. Choose where to store the macro. If you choose the Personal Macro Workbook, the macro will be globally available in each workbook you create.
5. Click OK. Perform the tasks that you want to be included in your macro. All your keystrokes and mouse clicks will be recorded until you end the recording process. If you click the Relative Reference button (to right of Stop Rec) the macro recorder will record your keystrokes relative to the actual cell. If the Relative Reference button is not depressed, exact cell references will be recorded.
6. When you have finished, click Stop Rec.
