Is it best to break down large complx projects in to smaller projects and then view in master project as overview?
RE: Large complex projects
Hi Benjamin
thank you for your question. Whilst it's not necessary to break things down into smaller project files you may find it easier to track and mange. Working with sub project files means that teams will be able focus on the parts of the plan most relevant to them rather than having to navigate all of the project activities. It also enables teams to work concurrently (because they are working on separate files).
In the end the solution you choose should best suit how you work as an organisation.
I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew
