Ad hoc totals
If I have a big list of sub tasks assigned to 3 different resources, then I Autofilter the tasks to just show those assign to Resource#1, how can I get a sub-total that shows the total amount of days work for resource#1. The Total at the top (on the summary task) shows the total days for all sub tasks, and not just those assigned to resource#1
RE: Ad hoc totals
Hi Des,
Thanks for your question. You might find it easier to get the answer you are looking for by working from the Resource usage view. Each resource is listed with their tasks already grouped and a summary line showing the resources work.
You can either collapse the other resource lines so they are folded or apply a filter to hide them from the sheet.
I hope this helps - let us know if you have any additional questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew
