Can I prevent folk from editing a shared resource pool?
RE: Access permissions
Hi David
It's probably best to leave the resource pool file and the folder it sits in Read/Write-able but encourage users of the pool to open it and choose the top option from the resource pool dialog box (which automatically opens the resource pool document Read Only) as this ensure Project is uninterrupted when it comes to update the pool with changes from the sharer file.
I hope this helps - let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew
